1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StayMember platform, including the website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"), operated by StayMember ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StayMember is a business platform that provides AI-powered assistant capabilities, CRM tools, messaging integrations (including LINE), analytics dashboards, and related productivity features. The Service is designed for business use and may be deployed as a white-label solution for organizations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. LINE Integration

When you connect your LINE account to the Service, you authorize us to access your LINE profile information and to send and receive messages on your behalf through the LINE platform. You may disconnect your LINE account at any time through the Settings page. Your use of LINE is also subject to LINE Corporation's own terms of service and privacy policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by StayMember and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayMember shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
